How will it work?

1. Emails will be sent to you daily, every day at 7am. Make sure you favourite our emails, so they don't get lost in your promotions' folder!
2. The challenge will start in 3 days, giving you ample time to receive your product.
3. The challenge will include learning and building out a new daily routine. We will cover areas including:
- The importance of hydration on the brain
- Optimising your sleep, so you feel refreshed everyday
- Mindfulness to reduce stress and improve clarity
- Gratitude and the power of journaling
- How exercise and stretching can impact the brain and your performance
- and more.
